A warm welcome to this special, detached vacation home for the whole family with a direct view of the Baltic Sea!<br><br>This beautiful vacation home, one of a kind, will leave nothing to be desired during your vacation. This property captivates with its stunning location on the Baltic Sea coast of Schleswig-Holstein. Its rare west-facing orientation toward the coast allows you to experience the ever-changing, breathtaking play of colors during sunset over the sea from the dining and living areas as well as from the balcony. The house is located on a traffic-calmed private road and spans two floors. It offers plenty of space for up to 4 adults. The spacious garden is perfect for relaxing with the whole family and unwinding.<br><br>The large terrace faces south and is furnished with a comfortable, modern seating set. Here, everyone can find a cozy spot to suit their needs or simply relax amidst this magnificent natural setting. The covered and wind-protected balcony faces west.<br><br>You enter the stylishly furnished architect-designed home, which retains its original character and style, through the entryway. <br>From there, a spiral staircase leads you to the spacious, light-filled living and dining area (30 square meters) on the first floor. The large dining table is the perfect spot to linger—from here, enjoy the unique panoramic view across the Baltic Sea toward Heiligenhafen and the Fehmarn Sound, all the way to the island of Fehmarn. The large glass front can be fully shaded from intense sunlight using high-quality Luxaflex pleated blinds.<br>This area also features a TV (with satellite antenna) and a rechargeable Bluetooth speaker to keep boredom at bay. Relax and unwind here on the cozy corner sofa as the evening draws to a close!<br>On the upper floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—each equipped with a single box-spring bed (90×200), which ensures a high level of sleeping comfort and thus contributes to a restful stay. The newly redesigned shower room with toilet has been furnished in a functional and modern style. An infrared mirror has been installed as a heat source. <br>The fully equipped kitchen, which adjoins the dining and living area, features a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, and a Senseo pod coffee machine. The kitchen’s comprehensive amenities allow you to be fully self-sufficient.<br><br>Another highlight awaits you on the lower floor: Here you’ll find the large bedroom with direct access to the terrace. <br>The double bedroom is furnished with a queen-size box-spring bed (160×200). This bed, too, offers a high level of modern comfort.<br>The double bedroom has its own adjacent shower room with a toilet, which has also been completely modernized.<br>From here, the path leads directly to the Finnish sauna, where you can relax wonderfully even during the transitional seasons and in winter.<br><br>The entire house is equipped with internet access and Wi-Fi (16 Mbit/s), as well as several USB charging outlets and a portable rechargeable Bluetooth speaker for flexible use. You also have the option to use a Wi-Fi multifunction printer on the network for printing and scanning. <br><br>Two free parking spaces are available right next to the house.<br><br>The location of this property is particularly noteworthy, as it borders directly on the 167-hectare “North Coast of Großenbrode” landscape conservation area. This stretch of coastline is still largely shaped by typical natural coastal dynamics. The sandbars, which frequently emerge from the water, invite dogs and children to run around and dig. The Weststrand is a natural beach.
