I am pleased to welcome you in my charming studio of 30 m², located on the 3rd floor with elevator and situated in the heart of the 16th district of Paris. It will be perfectly suitable for a tourist or professional stay and can receive 2 people. You will stay near all the conveniences, and you will be very well served by the public transport to stroll in all the city. We look forward to welcoming you! ## Logement My studio is charming and well equipped! It will be perfect for a couple. It is composed of a living space with a sleeping area including a double bed and a sitting area with a television; a functional kitchen; and a clean shower room. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Dryer, Refrigerator, Microwave. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler. My accommodation is located near various bars, restaurants and shops! For your daily shopping, you will find a "MONOPRIX" and the "Auchan - A 2 pas", respectively at 5 minutes and 2 minutes walk. You will also be very well served by the different public transports to stroll around the city and visit the tourist sites that make the reputation of Paris! You will be 42 minutes from the Sacré-Coeur, 25 minutes from the Palais Garnier, 31 minutes from Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral, 26 minutes from the Louvre Museum, 23 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, 32 minutes from the Pantheon and 26 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
