Positive: Location is a good. Parking not always so. Friendly staff.

Negative: Tiny bathroom. In need of a refresh. Lack of drawers to put clothing away. Access & egress verging on dangerous in icy conditions. Had to ask for a kettle and no provision of tea or coffee making in the room. Breakfast is basic and budget level.
