Arrival and Departure:

- In case that the keys are not returned or are lost, you must inform us within 12 hours. In the event that you took the key with you, you have to return them to us within 7 days by certified mail with acknowledgement of receipt. Otherwise the lock change, that can reach several thousand Euros / Dollars, will be made at your expense.
