Apartment of 130 m2 on the 4th and last floor with a balcony all along. Broadband Internet, Wifi, free phone in many countries. Computer. Without elevator but large stairwell easy to assemble. Very bright and very quiet. 5 bedrooms, large kitchen, large living room, dining room. 2 large bathrooms with each one: 1 shower, 1 corner bath, 2 sinks (so in total 2 showers, 2 baths and 4 sinks). Without any vis-à-vis nor street side of Ulm nor rue Thuillier side. This is our main residence that we rent a few weeks a year. We own another apartment in the same building where we store our personal belongings during rentals. You will find of course empty storage to store your belongings.
