The bright 60 m² living room is the heart of the house, with a stone fireplace, exposed beams, and stone walls creating a warm, authentic atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for shared meals and convivial evenings.
Pool & Garden: The private, secure pool (8 x 4 m, depth 0.90–1.70 m) is open April to late October, weather permitting. Pool heating is available for an extra fee. The enclosed 3,000 m² garden is a playground for all ages: hammock, loungers, parasols, barbecue, fire pit, electric plancha, garden furniture, badminton/volleyball net, ping-pong table, swing, games, and pétanque.
Ideal location: Quiet hamlet 900 m from a village (bakery, bar, hiking), 25 min from Montignac-Lascaux and Périgueux, 40 min from Sarlat-la-Canéda, in the heart of Périgord’s golden triangle.
