Positive: The staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was very kind, friendly, and welcoming, especially the staff working at the bar on the ground floor. They genuinely made my stay much more enjoyable, and I really appreciated how warmly they treated me. The food was excellent. I tried almost everything, and the breakfast was especially amazing. A big part of the great experience was thanks to the lovely staff at the ground-floor bar, who clearly put a lot of care into their work. I also really liked the clean and well-maintained gym. Everything throughout the hotel was tidy and clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job with my room. The reception staff were also good overall. All the staff deserve special recognition for their hard work. You could really feel that they were doing their jobs with genuine care and dedication.

Negative: The main problem was the hotel’s location and the difficult access to public transportation. The nearest bus stop required walking along a very unsafe road next to the highway. One morning, while I was trying to get to the university, I was nearly involved in an accident. It was honestly frightening and stressful, especially early in the morning. Taking a taxi every time was simply not a practical or affordable solution. I strongly believe the hotel should provide a free shuttle service to the nearest safe bus stop or another nearby public transport point. This would make a huge difference for guests without a car. Also, since the hotel is quite far from the city center and other facilities, it would be a nice touch to provide some complimentary snacks or biscuits in the room in addition to water.
