Summary: The room was clean and the bed was fine. The only issue we had our kettle didn't work we went to the front desk they said they would send one up.. After a hour we rang and they said they would sent one up. Rang again a hour later they said they same. So no hot water to make coffee or to heat our noodles for dinner.
