Situated just a short walk from the medieval village of Tourrettes sur Loup, the elevated position provides jaw-dropping views across the Cote D’Azur and down to the Mediterranean coastline. Beautifully decorated to compliment exposed natural stone brickwork, beams and artisan wood doors, up to 8 people can be comfortably accommodated in the main house which is on two level : Living and kitchen areas on the upper ground with access to the semi detached annexe outside and all 4 Bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower ground in direct access to the lovely maintained garden and the swimming pool .
Perfectly arranged for families or a large group of friends, in the main house there are 2 large double ensuite bedrooms , 2 twins bedrooms sharing a very large bathroom and the separate annexe offers 1 large double bedroom , 1 room with secured bunk beds and a single bed , with a separate bathroom .
All bedrooms are Air conditionned .
The main house can be rented with or without the annexe .
Entertaining spaces in this property are particularly wonderful. The large, convivial kitchen has an American fridge and central island, plus has been recently redecorated. Comprehensively equipped with everything to satisfy the demanding cook it opens directly onto South and West-facing terraces (with built-in barbeque), with amazing views across the coast.
The spacious open-plan, double-height living / dining room has an impressive stone fireplace at its heart, and opens directly onto the main terrace to allow outside and inside to seamlessly flow together. Downstairs on the lower ground floor a playroom has further space for relaxation, or a place for the children to play.
Outside, the property continues to delight : the panoramic terrace has a big table with twelve seating for dining al fresco while enjoying the view of the sea. There are covered barbecue area ( gas and charcoal ) , comfy setties to complement the outdoor living mode.
The good-sized mature garden is arranged over large restanques leading to the pool , and is full of Mediterranean shrubs, plants and ancient olive trees, offering plenty of shady spots to enjoy a quiet glass of rose or soak up the Provençal sunshine.
