Positive: The property was clean, although some items look old or faulty and hall had strong smells at time. There was a real effort to keep the place clean and of good standard.

Negative: Stain on the carpet in the hall, occasional smells and the fact that accountability is obviously randomly managed: we were asked to pay twice the same fees: my bank statement was not considered as proof and I ended up going back to the vacated flat to search for my paper receipt, to prove that fees were paid. And despite of this, I was told that there was a mistake in the initial calculation and that we owed more.
