Summary: During our 10-day stay in early November, air conditioning was not an issue, but the spacious rooms were quite comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils, and two good-sized food stores were nearby. The living room and bedroom were sparsely furnished, but all was clean and the windows blocked any street sounds from the trams passing.
