Positive: We were moved to a better room which was excellent. The spa and pool area was brilliant. The breakfast had multi choice for everyone's taste. The staff always had a smile and were friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel was near to everything we wanted, the rail and bus connections, the City attractions and restaurants.

Negative: It had a machine for making tea and coffee. It was a machine that used 'coffee pods'. The water was luke warm there was no kettle as an alternative. There was no milk in the room but we were supplied with milk by one of the excellent staff.

Summary: We had a very enjoyable stay, it was near to everything we wanted and the staff were excellent.
