Positive: Price and location, even the setting. It has the potential to be perfect.

Negative: All the ants. Felt like I was living in a camp site, ants everywhere in the apartment all the time. We took out the trash every morning, but there was still ants all over the floor every morning. The pool is wonderful but it has so many rules and closes at 8pm. You could keep it open until 930pm and just have quiet hours. It felt like it wasn’t there for fun but just there to advertise on booking.com The proprietor/property manager also never came once to meet us or welcome us. He sent WhatsApp messages and hid the keys and just left us. This could also be a good point.
